Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what you may not do with the service. Breaching it can lead to suspension or termination of your account, and related orders are not refundable.

Effective date · 2026-11-01 · PAIMO 3D

1. Purpose

This policy exists to keep the service lawful and to protect the rights of others. It forms part of the Terms of Service and sets out clearly what you may and may not do.

2. What you may do

Provided you comply with this policy and the Terms of Service, you may:

  • Upload photographs of objects, products, buildings or scenes that you took yourself or are licensed to use, and generate 3D models for design, ecommerce listings, game and film assets, or 3D printing.
  • Use the output in personal and commercial projects, including client deliverables.
  • Create a 3D model of a person’s likeness where that identifiable person has given you clear consent.
  • Experiment repeatedly for teaching, research or prototyping, as long as every generation complies with this policy.

3. Prohibited content

You may not upload or generate content that is:

  • Pornographic, obscene or sexually suggestive, including nudity or sexualised depictions rendered as 3D models.
  • Sexualised, nude or otherwise inappropriate content involving minors (under 18).
  • Content promoting violence, terrorism, hatred, discrimination or self-harm.
  • Content depicting or instructing illegal conduct.

4. You must hold the rights to what you upload

Upload only photos you own or are licensed to use. Do not upload copyrighted works of others, photos of identifiable people without their consent, copyrighted cartoon or celebrity likenesses, or trademarked marks, for the purpose of generating models.

5. Prohibited uses

  • Creating 3D content used to defraud, impersonate someone, fabricate evidence, or mislead the public.
  • Harassment, threats, defamation or attacks on someone’s reputation.
  • Generating model data intended for producing prohibited goods, weapons or other unlawful purposes.
  • Circumventing our technical limits, rate limits or access controls.
  • Large-scale scraping, bulk registration, reselling access, or otherwise abusing the service.

6. Automation and bulk activity

Without our written permission, you may not call the service in bulk through scripts, bots or other automated means, nor wrap our interface and resell it to third parties.

7. AI disclosure and model provider statement

PAIMO 3D uses third-party AI technology to perform generation. PAIMO 3D is an independent product and interface built on top of those models; it is not affiliated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or acting as an agent or partner of the underlying model or technology providers. Nothing in our product or service names asserts any claim to their trademarks, and mentioning a model or provider does not imply their endorsement.

Output is produced by automated systems and may contain geometric defects, texture errors, scale inaccuracies or missing parts. Verify results yourself before using them in manufacturing, medical, safety-critical or other high-risk contexts.

PAIMO 3D makes no warranty as to the output of third-party models and accepts no liability on their behalf.

8. Enforcement

We decide, at our discretion, whether conduct breaches this policy, and may remove content, pause tasks, restrict features or terminate accounts. Where an account is terminated for breach, amounts paid are not refunded.

Where conduct appears unlawful, we keep relevant records and may report it to the competent authorities.

9. How to report

If you find content generated through the service that breaches this policy, email legal@magent.cloud with the relevant task ID or link. We will review it promptly.
