Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers every credit pack ordered on PAIMO 3D. Because payment is handled by a third-party merchant of record, refunds are executed through that provider’s process and arrive according to its settlement cycle.

2. Failed generation is never charged

If a task fails because of a system error, provider outage, timeout, or unusable output, the credits are returned automatically and you do not need to ask. If you notice credits were not returned, contact us and we will check and restore them manually.

3. Refunds on unused credits

Within 14 days of purchase, if you have not used any credit from the pack, you may request a full refund.

For a partially used pack, we refund the unused portion in proportion to the purchase price. Credits already consumed are not refundable.

4. When refunds do not apply

• Credits already spent on generations that succeeded and were downloaded.
• Cases where output quality is unsatisfactory because of blurry, poorly lit or heavily occluded photos, but generation completed normally.
• Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
• Orders involving a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy, or suspected fraud or abuse.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@magent.cloud with your registered email address, the order number, and a short reason. We normally respond with a decision within 3 business days.

6. When money arrives

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, typically arriving in 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Talk to us before filing a chargeback

If you dispute an order, please contact us first. Going straight to your bank for a chargeback lengthens resolution and may result in your account being suspended. We commit to engaging with any dispute we receive.

8. No automatic renewal

PAIMO 3D is pay-per-use with no subscription and no automatic renewal, so there is never an unauthorised recurring charge. If you see any unexpected charge, contact us and we will investigate immediately.
