LEGAL
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over your data.
Effective date · 2026-11-01 · PAIMO 3D
1. Information we collect
- Account information: email address or mobile number, login times and other identifiers needed to run your account.
- Uploaded content: the photographs you submit and the 3D model files generated from them.
- Usage information: task creation and completion times, task status, credits consumed, access logs and device information.
- Payment information: order number, amount, currency and payment status.
2. Payment details are handled by a third party
Payments are processed by a third-party merchant of record. We never receive or store your full card number, expiry date or security code; our systems only see order status and partially masked details.
3. How we use information
- To deliver and operate the modeling service and run your generation tasks.
- To track credit balances and keep order and invoice records.
- To diagnose faults, prevent abuse and fraud, and protect account security.
- To send product or service notifications where you have agreed to receive them.
4. Legal basis for processing
For users in the EEA, the UK and similar jurisdictions, we process personal data where it is necessary to perform our contract with you, where it serves our legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and service security, where we must comply with a legal obligation, and, where relevant, on the basis of your consent.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information.
- AI generation providers, to which your photos are transmitted only to perform generation.
- Cloud storage and delivery services, used to store and serve model files.
- Payment providers, used to process payments, tax and invoicing.
- Public authorities, where disclosure is legally required.
6. International transfers
The service is offered globally, so your information may be processed outside your country. We rely on contractual safeguards and comparable measures so that transferred data keeps a level of protection equivalent to that of its origin.
7. How long we keep data
Uploaded photos and generated results are kept for a limited period after delivery so you can download them, and are then removed automatically. Order and accounting records are retained for as long as the law requires. You can delete your own tasks and files at any time from your account.
8. Your rights
Where the law applies, you may access, correct or delete your personal information, request a copy of your data, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent you have previously given.
To exercise these rights, email legal@magent.cloud; we will respond within the statutory deadline. If you believe our processing breaches the law, you may complain to the data protection authority in your region.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to run core functionality. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies, we will tell you separately and obtain consent where required.
10. Children
The service is not directed at children. Users below the age required in their jurisdiction (commonly 13 or 16) may not register. If we learn that we have collected a child’s information by mistake, we delete it promptly.
11. Security
We protect your information with transport encryption, access control and least-privilege practices. No transmission over the internet is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed without authorisation.
12. Updates and contact
We will announce material changes to this policy on the website or by email. For any privacy question, contact legal@magent.cloud.
